TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC PROJECT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Termination terms and conditions will be specified in individual project agreements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
